A dual board-certified pediatric and sports medicine physician. Dr. Mortazavi interests include pediatric sports medicine as well as complex concussion care for all ages.

James Dill, MD
Originally from Louisiana, Dr. Dill moved to Tucson in 2014 to train in combined Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics, followed by a fellowship in Sports Medicine at UArizona. His academic interests are in hike-thru medicine as well as concussion-related cervicogenic pain management and non-surgical arthritis management.

Anthony Gross, DO
Dr. Gross attended medical school at Touro University Nevada in Las Vegas, He then completed residency in Family Medicine and Fellowship in Primacy

Tanya Polec, OD, FNORA, FCOVD
Dr. Polec received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and then continued her education at the Southern College of Optometry. She has been a fellow of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD) since 2005. She is also a fellow of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) and served on the international executive board for 5 years.
