Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT):

Consists of breathing various concentrations of oxygen in a pressurized chamber. This stimulates cellular healing and optimizes recovery for a variety of conditions.​

The Recent Research behind HBOT and PPCS:

More recent research looking at low dose HBOT for mTBI and chronic PPCS (persistent post concussive symptoms) has shown improvements in cognition, PTSD, and overall symptoms.  Specifically, significant improvement in memory, executive functions and information processing speed.  Furthermore a number of studies have shown HBOT can induce improved blood flow, brain function, and brain microstructure:
